Refuge returns on Sunday 17th December, this time to Griessmühle — taking over three rooms at the venue for 24 hours.
All the door money collected on the day will be supporting:
Klik: A meeting place for young people who are primarily on the street. Providing facilities including food, medical, counselling, lawyers and internet access — klik-berlin.de
Berliner Obdachlosenhilfe: Berlin Homelessness Association
Bündnis Neukölln; Neukolln Alliance works to oppose the discrimination of individuals or social groups based on their ethnic origin, gender, religion or belief or sexual identity.
Give Something Back To Berlin: GSBTB makes social engagement and neighbourhood work accessible to the large migrant population of Berlin. Their projects range from working in homeless centres, mentorship programs for underprivileged youth, working with the elderly or creative work with children.
Frauenzimmer: A non-profit and safe house for women and children escaping domestic violence, the women are supported in returning to work, children's education, residency permits and much more. frauenzimmer-ev.de/
Beginning at 10am there will be a hot food stall provided by a Syrian street-food project, with vegan and meat options.
