«Palak Paneer» — Crispy Paneer Cheese made from Bio Milk covered in a rich creamy gravy
Tap two: «SHOCK series» 7% Citra, Mosaic IPA.
This heavily hopped IPA is paired with Moksa's medium spiced and sweet «Murgh Mathani» — Kikak Chicken marinated for 2 weeks in homemade yoghurt tandori masala. Grilled & smoked within the Tandoor then covered in Butter Chicken Gravy
Tap three: «Dangerously close to stupid» Apricot 9.3% Centennial, Citra Imperieal IPA.
A super dry hopped IPA from our favourite series by To Øl paired with the spicy «Keema Kaleji» — Minced livers & vegetables braised with herbs and spices
Tap four: «SHOCK series» 13% Simcoe, Mosaic Triple IPA.
The shock series uses the same ABV, malt & yeast profile but changes the hop content each time. Paired with the one and only «Pork Vindaloo» — Pork belly marinaded in garlic, coconut, vinegar, chillies and pineapple with an option to bring the heat to a level where grown men cry.
