This meditation is designed for the early evening to support you to let go of the days accelerated stress, burdens and inner tensions. Includes soft shaking the body, dancing, witnessing and resting stages.
It is an individual experience so you should remain oblivious of others around you.

This meditation helps you to shake seriousness, sadness, stress and fatigue. It brings inspiration and creative energies to flourish in your life.
The Kundalini Meditation is the gentle sister of Dynamic Meditation the morning meditation. It acts like an energy booster. A meditation for the early evenings to shake off the burden of the day. A true stress — release!

1 hour, 4 stages, 15 mins each
1st Stage: Shaking unblocks physical and mental tensions in the body, allowing kundalini energy to flow through the body.
2nd Stage: Dance anyway the body wishes to move, revitalizes the body mind and prepares you to be relaxed and at at ease for the meditation phases next.
3rd Stage :Standing or sitting, eyes are closed. Observing, witnessing in silence what is happening inside of you and outside, with eyes closed. The body is still, no movement
4th Stage: Lying down, eyes are closed being still

FIRST TIMERS TO STUDIO
If it will be your first visit to Osho Studio, it's best to arrive at least 20 minutes before to orientate yourself at the studio, Find the changing area to leave jackets and bags and main studio room for the meditations. All classes start on time and the doorbell goes on silence at the start of the meditation until the meditation session is finished.
