Monday is Laksa day. If you don't know what we're about — Laksa is a spicy Malaysian noodle soup. It is made dried and fresh chilies and a variety of herbs and spices, and in the case of chicken and seafood, a rich shrimp paste stock. This is combined with rice vermicelli noodles, tofu and coconut milk to make a delicious, aromatic, sweet, spicy and sour soup. Words do it no justice — just come by and try it!
Every week we'll be bringing you the best of Malaysian and Mexican all in one night, in the beautiful setting of Santa Cantina. Featuring our famous Laksa, we'll also be serving up an array of Malaysian, Mexican and Chinese fusion dishes such as Beef Rendang tacos, Salt and Pepper Prawns and of course a range of vegetarian dishes. Every Monday we'll be bringing you some unique new flavours and ideas as well as some of the classics you've come to expect from us. As always, Santa Cantina will be providing the drinks.
