This Wednesday we have the opportunity to bring you a recipe we've been working on for weeks and we're really excited for you to try!
The steamed bun burger (also known as the Bao bun), is a well known streetfood snack in China and mostly recently it was popularised by David Chang at his Momofuku restaurant.
Steaming the bun makes the dough super pillow soft, and we will fill it delicious BBQ flavours and crunchy toppings.

Indonesian Rendang Burger
Vegan soya based vegan meat and chestnut mushrooms caramelized in coconut milk and rich Indonesian spices topped with crispy onions and corriander.
Chinese BBQ (aka vegan Char Siu)
Sweet glazed soy based vegan meat topped with quick pickle cucumber and hoisen sauce.
Third option to be announced! (probably a side salad)
And of course we'll have a selection of delicious Crazy B***ard Sauces for you to try.
