Expect gentle, tension-reducing Yoga sequences to relax the body before moving organically into seated or lying meditation. These foundational teachings will help bring more awareness, clarity and balance into daily life.

Contrary to popular belief, meditation and mindfulness practice is not about stifling the mind, shutting it down or blocking thoughts out, but rather, learning how to skillfully navigate the ebb and flow of thoughts, feelings and sensation.
