Body Activation emphasizes how to move without tension, helping you to reduce stress and increase energy and mental clarity. A completely integrative fitness program, Body Activation is ideal for people who sit for long periods of time, use smartphones at the expense of the neck and spine, and anyone wishing to energize and re-ignite physical and brain power!
Body Activation is one hour of exercise and 15 minutes of meditation that helps you connect with your body, mind, and spirit. All you need is a yoga mat or a blanket and comfortable clothes you can stretch in.
